NCMS provides premium Corporate Catering Services in Saudi Arabia, designed to meet the diverse dining requirements of head offices, executive facilities, and staff cafeterias. We deliver customized catering solutions that enhance the daily workplace experience and reflect each organization’s commitment to quality, care, and employee well-being.

Our corporate catering operations are primarily dining-based, serving structured meal programs for senior management, junior employees, and workers, with menu options tailored to suit each level’s preferences and expectations. From executive dining rooms to large-scale staff canteens, NCMS ensures consistency, variety, and superior service across all client locations.

All meals are prepared in compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety standards by professional chefs using high-quality ingredients. We offer balanced, multicultural menus that combine nutrition and taste, projecting catering services to a wide range of dietary needs and cultural backgrounds.

Supported by modern central kitchens, trained hospitality teams, and efficient operational systems, NCMS ensures reliable service delivery and strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards. Trusted by major corporations and government entities, NCMS continues to set the standard for corporate catering in Saudi Arabia through excellence, flexibility, and professionalism.

Three dining standards, one kitchen

Most corporate sites need more than one level of service, and pretending otherwise is how caterers fail.

Executive dining. Smaller covers, higher specification, à la carte or set menu, table service, and the flexibility to handle a board lunch or a visiting delegation with a day’s notice. Presentation matters here because guests see it.

Staff restaurant. The volume operation. Hot counters, live cooking stations, salad bar, daily rotation, controlled portioning, and queue times short enough that a 45-minute break is still a break.

Worker and shift catering. Simpler, heartier, higher-calorie menus for site and operational staff, served at whatever hours the shift pattern demands.

Same kitchen, same food safety system, same supply chain. Three different service standards, priced separately so you’re not paying executive rates to feed the whole building.

What we run inside your building

  • Staff restaurant and canteen operations — full service, from counter to clearing
  • Executive dining rooms — including private and VIP dining
  • Meeting and hospitality catering — boardroom lunches, working breakfasts, delegation visits
  • Pantry and tea boy services — floor-level service, coffee rounds, guest hospitality
  • Coffee corners and barista stations
  • Vending and snack services for out-of-hours coverage
  • Retail catering — cashless POS, cost-recovery or subsidised pricing models
  • Central kitchen supply for multi-building or multi-site campuses
  • Event catering for company functions, Ramadan iftars and National Day

For temporary sites and project locations, see project catering. For workforce accommodation, see camp catering.

Menus for the workforce you actually have

A Saudi corporate office is rarely one cuisine. A single lunch service might need to satisfy Saudi, Egyptian, Indian, Filipino, Pakistani, Sudanese, British and American palates in the same 90 minutes.

  • Arabic and Middle Eastern staples as a permanent counter
  • South Asian and Southeast Asian options daily
  • International and Western hot dishes
  • Halal throughout, with dietary and allergen information displayed
  • Vegetarian and lighter options at every service, not as an afterthought
  • Ramadan iftar and suhoor scheduling, plus normal service for non-fasting staff
  • Seasonal and national day menus, which cost almost nothing and buy real goodwill

Feedback loop: counter-level comment cards, take-up data from the POS, and a monthly review with your team. Menu changes land on the next cycle, not at contract renewal. If a dish doesn’t sell, we can see it in the numbers before anyone complains.

Food safety in a corporate kitchen

An office kitchen fails differently from a camp kitchen. Smaller batches, tighter service windows, more direct contact with senior stakeholders — and an incident that reaches the executive floor rather than staying on site.

NCMS operates every kitchen under HACCP principles and ISO 22000 food safety management:

  • Temperature control logged at receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, holding and service
  • Retained samples for every meal served
  • Colour-coded zones and equipment to prevent cross-contamination
  • Valid health cards and food handler training for every person touching food
  • Allergen management and labelling at the counter
  • SFDA and municipality compliance, with documentation ready for unannounced inspection
  • Internal audits on schedule, corrective actions closed out and traceable

Certificates are on our certifications page. The records behind them are available to any client who asks.

How to compare corporate catering companies in Saudi Arabia

Every proposal from corporate catering companies in Saudi Arabia will show you the same thing: attractive food photography and a price per cover. Neither predicts what your cafeteria feels like in month six.

Eight questions that do:

  1. What’s the pricing model, exactly? Fixed management fee, cost-plus, per-cover, or subsidised retail? Each shifts risk differently. Understand who absorbs it when take-up drops.
  2. How is headcount reconciled? Ask to see a sample monthly invoice with the backup data. If they can’t show POS or turnstile-level reconciliation, you’re paying for estimates.
  3. What happens to the incumbent’s staff? Cafeteria teams often stay through transitions. A caterer with a clear plan for absorbing and retraining them will disrupt service far less than one who replaces everyone on day one.
  4. How is the menu governed? Who signs off the cycle, how often it changes, and what triggers a change. Vague answers here mean the menu will drift.
  5. Can they flex for executive and event catering at short notice? Board lunches don’t come with a fortnight’s warning.
  6. What’s their food waste position? Over-production is the hidden cost in every subsidised cafeteria. Ask how they measure and reduce it.
  7. Who is the on-site manager, and what’s their turnover rate? The unit manager determines your day-to-day experience more than any head office relationship.
  8. Will they mobilise without closing the cafeteria? A caterer who needs a two-week shutdown to take over hasn’t done it often enough.
