Finance and Administrative Department (FAD) is the main custodian of all program activities monitoring and providing expenses scenarios of the organization, safeguard its’ assets and facilitate the efficient operations of the organization core functions to achieve financial goals. Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget and develop business plan and timeline to perform projects and guarantee the integrity and promptness of information for both internal and external purposes. Ensure that the organization unit complies with the legal requirements of the country like GOSI and ZATCA in respect of accounting and financial administrative requisites and confirm adherence to other financial regulations applicable in the country, including implementation of the program to adhere the organization financial and administrative policies. To guide and inform on financial and related commercial matters to the General Management and to the Business Development Department, the guidance shall be a balanced one between the achievement of short-term profit targets and long-term business objectives.
