NCMS Ethical Policy Statement

In our approach to promote and establish an ethical working environment in order to prevent improper activities that can damage the Company's reputation and otherwise result in serious adverse consequences to the Company and to employees involved, we’ve developed this ethic policy statement incorporating the Group’s Ethical Principles to comply with the Group’s global vision and ethical standards.

The purpose of this document is to communicate the ethic basis of our business and to affirm management acceptance and commitment of the following Ethical principles at all levels with no exception:

Loyalty
To share with clients, employees, shareholders and suppliers a number of common objectives based on mutual trust, which supports fair, loyal relationships among various stakeholders.

Respect for people
To be extremely attentive to personal dignity, and committed to equal opportunity for all equally-qualified employees regardless of their race, national origin, creed, opinions, gender, lifestyle or age.

Transparency
Ensuring that every employee is informed in clear, practical terms, his objectives, rights and duties, and of important news and events related to the Company. Employees are expected to be completely transparent in the information they provide. This commitment is also applicable to relationships at the Company’s level with clients and suppliers.

Business Integrity
Wherever we do business, we condemn any actions or business practices not based on our core principles of trust, integrity and fairness. We strongly encourage our partners to maintain the same high standards of business ethics.

An employee's actions under this Policy are significant indications of the individual's judgment and competence. Accordingly, those actions constitute an important element in the evaluation of the employee for position assignments and promotion. Correspondingly, insensitivity to or disregard of the principles of this Policy will be grounds for appropriate management disciplinary action.

NCMS Executive Committee, whose members have signed below have committed themselves to cascade these principles to their respective subordinates.
